It’s called Cold Brew and it’s the process of steeping course ground beans in cold water over time.
We craft our well-loved version by soaking freshly roasted coffee grinds in room temperature water for over 12 hours, and using a double filtration process to procure the end result: a complex, smooth and sweet, full-bodied brew with bright juiciness and Very Low acidity.
We only use high quality, hand sorted, meticulously roasted Kenya AA coffee to craft our Cold Brew.
